Refund Policy

1. 30-day refund

We offer a full refund on any FeelChosen subscription payment within 30 days of the charge. If FeelChosen isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund you in full.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@ever-songs.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Please include the approximate date of your payment. We do not require a reason and there are no forms to fill in.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and access to your plan ends immediately.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals. To request a refund on your most recent payment, email us within the 30-day window above.
